Naughty Knitters and Other Crafts

Sally, dislocating a rib sounds like a horrible ordeal!

Hope that you are slowly healing.

The intricacy and skill in that pumpkin are amazing!

Here is hoping that you are up to all your old tricks for next year so we have new treats to enjoy!
🌹😜

Started feeling down so I decided to make something for myself.

That looks pretty awesome, Sally!

The little bit of that tattoo that I can see also looks rather beautiful

Thank you much. I feel like I've hijacked this thread but I like sharing my creations with you all!:)

Sally, considering that it was created by a dude asking women to share their creativity, and the fact that you seem to be the only consistent contributrix, I would not worry about claims of hijacking or subverting the thread.

😁

As the dude who started the thread, I concur that the contributrix in question has full authority to spread her creativity!

Stress crocheting led to this lovely. I think I'll make a set.

Your talents seem to know no bounds my dear Sally!

Would love to have something like that as a trivet.

I would think that a beautiful handmade gift like that would be well-received by all.

You are welcome as always!

I made this about 2 years ago for my mother-in-law who adores Bing Crosby and the movie White Christmas. It took about 4 months to make and a fuck ton of time and "FUCK!"'s as I lost count on my stitching. I still hate working with white, but I do love the way this came out.

Intricate work, looks brilliant.

Impressive as ever, my skillful little sparrow!

Cannot even fathom how something like that is made!

Very well done

Reviving this thread

I haven't done much crochet since my shoulder injury last year. Today I felt good enough to give it a go and whipped up these 6 "mug rugs" using yarn scraps. They aren't the prettiest, but considering I haven't done it in almost 5 months, I think they are a fine place to rest my mug :D

Sally, glad to read that you are recovering from your injury enough to indulge in crafts.

They look fantastic and like a creative way to use up scrap fiber.

Thanks again for sharing your skill and creativity!
