My experience was at the Village Naturiste nudist mega-resort in France.

I'd just arrived and was rapt to be able to walk naked around what is basically a small town. But the weather cooled off a bit, so almost everybody else was partially or fully dressed.

I said bugger it I'm here to be nude, so off I went from my hotel for a stroll. Stepped into a large bar, with maybe 100 people, all fully clothed except..........yep, yours truly.

Man what a hoot - a very strong feeling like vertigo, or like one of those dreams where you're at school in your undies or something.

Anyway I enjoyed a beer then wandered off to explore some more. And noone batted an eyelid.

Avid Nudist

It's not just for women. I've done this a lot and love it. The first time was on a school trip abroad. I was 16 and my buddies decided it would be fun to pin me down and steal my swimming trunks and beach towel. There I was totally naked in front of all my male and female friends and who knows how many total strangers. I felt kind of strange but also very exhilarating having to walk to the hotel totally nude.

Later at college I actually volunteered to be a nude model for an art class. Thinking it would be a routine pose I was taken aback when asked if I wouldn’t mind being a bit more suggestive. They stayed both clothed as I served them lunch on the patio.

On another occasion we were invited by the same woman and her husband to a BBQ. In that case I was not the only going nude. It was a pleasant balmy summer night at their house and the husband suggested we all go skinny-dipping in their pool. The women just wanted to continue chatting, so he and I stripped and skinny-dipped. Afterwards we re-joined the women but remained nude all evening.

This is a situation that can happen at "clothing-optional" resorts. A couple times I have found myself naked at the bar talking to a clothed woman or couple. I guess it takes away some of the intrigue since nobody really bats an eye due to the venue, but it's still a thrill. I also remember being fully dressed leaving a nude beach and striking up a conversation with a naked woman; I enjoyed how comfortable she was talking with me.
