I have hosted a party with my best (female) friend, where we were naked and our boyfriend/husband stayed clothed.

Maybe you could set up a some kind of a game at a party or a dare where you end up naked.
 
In my former career and extra jobs I was a model for men's magazines and did some side work as well which meant going to parties (bachelor and the like) and either stripping of being a nude server of drinks. Modeling at times meant working in the studio with a photographer and a entire crew of assistants, makeup and hair and even wardrobe and the model, in my case me would be the only one nude. :D You get used to it, but I never thought of it as being sexy. It was work to me. But I guess my situation was not the norm. :D
 
sort of on-topic

I remember one story I read when I was younger (from Penthouse letters most likely) where a woman wrote her job was being an unclothed entertainer at parties. One instance was for a birthday party where it had a sexy/pratfall ending. She was hired to act like she accidentally would sit on a cake.

Long story short, she went there clothed in a miniskirt, and top, then kicked off her panties at the appropriate time, and they made a big production of bringing out a cake (not the cake everyone would eat) and displaying it with her hovering around it. Gratuitous casual bendings over and such and "near misses" so everyone was watching (only one person who set up the party knew what was happening and the entertainer, of course). Then they placed the cake on a prearranged chair that she backed up to and then sat on. She let it sink in for a second, screamed in mock shock and got up and ran, tripped on purpose so she would land icing and cake covered buns up, allowed everyone to get a good look then scampered off.

Were other couples invited to the party? Or just other men? Were you the halftime entertainment Donna?

The way she described it and that she said "kind of, but not quite", to me, is that it was just four people. she, her friend and their appropriate boyfriend and husband. You'd have to wait for her response about the halftime entertainment aspect.

Yes, just the four of us.
No halftime, it was a dinner party.

Like I said (thanks LWulf) it wasn't quite what my fantasy is, but it was w.a.y. out of my comfort zone.
