I don't completely deny them. Rather, I control when one is allowed. My preferred method is to build her up to the edge, make her hold back, and repeat that several times. To answer the question more fully. No, to my knowlege there is no physical/medical danger. Perhaps mental if release is perpetually denied. But nature generally has a way of dealing with that.
