That was no nail thru the nipple hole but I did notice it was thru the very edges.

yep, it looked pretty real to me.

Damn, this place moves slow.

You all need to stop tying each other up and whipping each other and get in here and tell me some true stories!

It may be more that there are quite a few here who don't "tell tales out of school." ;)

Thanks. It was near the beginning of a long and wonderful evening which certainly reassured me that our plan to get married in 2 weeks was a real good one. I'm amazed after flying for 25 hours to meet me that day that he had the energy, but then he had been pondering it for a few months so I guess putting an end to anticipation helped fuel the action. :D

Oh, I suspect it wasn't just the anticipation but the recipient and the relationship that was the real fuel... :rose:

The subject has been discussed on the BDSM forums before; my views can be read here and here.

Thank you for reposting these, CutieMouse. I did a search for them earlier after reading the first part of the thread, but could only find your second post... Do you have any general research on bdsm, breast trauma and cancer risk, btw? Beyond play piercing and light nipple play, that is one of my hard limits right now as both Top and bottom because I've never been able to find much on it and so it makes the health educator in me more than a little nervous (have a cousin with recurrent bouts and have lost a few friends)... Neon

I've been out of the "lactation volunteer biz" for about 4 years now, so I'm afraid I don't have access to any current research, plus I breastfed for so long that I reduced my breast cancer risks to pretty much zero, which means I stopped paying attention from a risk analysis perspective.

Personally, small gauge temporary piercings and clamps (within reasonable time limits) don't concern me. Anything that can lead to mastitis, or permanent nerve damage, does. I have no desire to get hideously ill, nor do I wish to lose sensation in such a lovely place. ;)

Thank you. Thinking about breast bondage, etc. I haven't been able to find anything specific, but then I think it would be difficult making a case for a study on the "Impact of Breast Bondage and Other BDSM Practices on the Risk for Breast Cancer," at least one that the NIH would actually agree to fund, LOL. Guess I'll stick with my hard limits for now!

:rose: Neon

P.S, I have been invited to participate in a ritual this summer that is similar to the "Sundance," but there the hooks go into the chest, not I am assuming into mammary tissue...

If it's really a concern for you, you might do some a/phys. research on the anatomy of the breast to figure out the risk assessment.

Milk ducts actually wrap from the breast, itself, up the chest wall to near the collar bone, and about ½ way around the side (under the arm- which is why it's so easy for cancer of the milk ducts to require lumpectomy/removal of lynph nodes/tissue and muscle from under the arm).

It would be a unique question to put to an IBCLC (Int. Board Trained Certified Lactation Consultant), but an IBCLC would have a really solid working knowledge of breast tissue/be up to date on the most current research, and possibly be able to help you find someone who might know the answer. I think the last IBCLC I was friends with said her "oddest" questions usually involved piercings and transmission of tattoo ink in breast art done on nursing mothers. LOL

Pain Slut re-visited

I wouldn't call my wife a pain slut, HOWEVER, because of recurring back surgery & living w/everyday pain on a high level, she has developed a high threshold of pain.

During our play times, she can withstand a very high degree of pain before
even starting to feel anything, espically on her breast and stomach. I can even whip her hard between the legs with a fexible cane & she will only moan. It will leave a mark, but she needs to have a direct shot to her clit in order to start the breakdown. :catroar:
