If you like stockings but find them fiddly, and find that tights are too restrictive, do what I do, wear suspender tights. You get the best of both worlds and without underwear it’s no holes barred for fun mmmmmm

I think pantyhose give a nice finish, and kind of a classic look. They also look nice when dressing up a bit. Also, as I get older, I appreciate the smoothing tone they give my legs.

It depends on how good your legs are. A sheer surface makes your legs more sheer, just like a photo app filter.
Not knee-highs, at least for me, but definitely overknee, stayups and in warmer weather, pantyhose.
Opaque overknee creates a nice counterpoint with the bare thigh above.

I love the feel of pantyhose and sometimes will wear them when I am coming up on time to epilate my legs but in the summer I like to go bare (for the perverts that does include no underwear a lot of the time, not too proud to admit it lol!)

I like both, but I guess I prefer the softness and texture of stockings over that of fishnet.

My wife has worn everything on dinner dates: fishnet stockings, seamed stockings but of course most often: just regular stockings.

Fishnet stockings and seamed stockings have a more of a "slutty" look for lack of a better term I think, but I am not sure that it matters. My wife wore high heels and jeans to a restaurant once and the rather talkative waitress said, "I better get you out of here fast, I know what you are doing when you get home wearing those heels".

The irony was, we had 5 kids at home at the time and had no such plans.

I cannot imagine what was thought of with her wearing seamed stockings and fishnet. I know other ladies snarled their lips at seeing her.
