Sweet works. Potential is only limited to someone elses opinion. Do what comes natural. You have one more fan.

I am always amazed and somewhat envious of the special few who can capture life in a drawing. I jut couldn’t pick which drawing I liked, because they all were sensual and erotic. All I can say they oh so good.

Thank you every one.

I'll be on radio silence for a while ... foreclosure ... and general chaos.

Be well y'all.

Here something old and vanilla. What will win taking out this old gnarled entity - the wind or the sand?

Very sure-handed and alive. Strikes that difficult balance between sketch and a more finished illustration. Was the image from your imagination or taken from eleswhere? Now I must see about posting some of my son's drawings here.

Oh Patty, fabulous, love your work. You have obviously got an amazing talent and dedication to your craft. Just fabulously titillating.

Impressive work!

This one work just isn't in the same class as any of your previous posted pieces. Am I right that you have taken at least one "life drawing" class?

In a way, I feel that you might be responding to the same archetypal instincts that guided the Japanese woodblock artists with the ukyoki (sp?) erotic prints. Although the genitalia are not as exaggerated and your females certainly don't seem as passive (tied, subdued or not, your women are active participants...the couples you portray have the women as involved as the men...they are playing together as equals vs. having the male "doing it to" the female).

Try the exercise of using only the point of the pencil lead to make "dots" on the paper. Avoid making lines or any marks except dots. See what you get and how you like it.

Good drawing! There could be a market for your work, when you decide to go that route.

They are all hand drawn by me .

Here's my attempt at a pencil and conte rendering of a color airbrush piece by Brian Tarsis... I don't have his talent, but I was fascinated by the chance to play with deep shadows and highlights.... pencil is hard to do that with ... but I like trying to mimic air brush type effects with pencil anyway...

I've just found your thread and wanted to tell you how much I love your drawings. I hope you will be able to post more soon. :rose:

whoops!
I forgot, when I bumped all those challenge threads, others fall back!

Tentative stepping back out.

Relocated halfway accross country to join an internet friend and get situated in a new job. Started drawing and writing again in just the past month or so. Baby steps, but it's nice to feel the juices flow again.

Can't you just feel the ripples pulse through her flesh to deep secret places (physical and psychic...) ?

Hmmm yummy.

Oh & thank you everyone who has taken time to visit & comment since my last visit.
