Lit was the first forum I joined and I really didn't think about a handle as a personality or online image when I joined. I have thought about using another name without numbers but I'm not sure I will.

Hook is short for Army CH-47 Chinook which was the first helicopter I crewed in Korea. 848 was the tail number of that helicopter.

The number 848 has been some how been involved in two other events in my life.

I was in a car accident in '88 and the address of the home I left just prior to the accident was 18488.

I was permanately disabled in the accident and after rehabilitation I bought a van to drive from my wheelchair. When the DMV issued my license plates the number was 4848. It was not a custom plate. I was stunned.

So while hook848 may not be a memorable Lit handle, it is significant to me in many ways.

I am half Italian, half Hungarian.

wicked woman - was a name given to me by an ex who enjoyed my wicked side. 'woman' because I am one...not a girl...especially to him, as he was considerably younger. As an extra, it causes an alliteration.

He actually gave me two names...one for my nicer side as well...but wicked woman seemed to suit Lit better.

Pretty obvious...only thing special is who gave it to me.

well for starters DLL stands for dangerously low levis it didn't fit it was too long for the boards so I shorten it ..but I purchaed a pair and was staring at the label when I was trying to think of a fitting nic name and I think it fits me well...

I work with metals, primarily steel. When I first started surfing the web, I frquented a site called bianca's smut shack. Some of you my have seen it. My handle was IronMan, same reason, but I just thought it was a bit easier to roll off the tongue, so to speak...
Well, biancas shut down, and by the time I found Lit, handles like ironman & manofsteel were quite popular. I had to add the 52(my year) in order to use the handle.
