this morning i realized that for the last couple of months, i've been shorting myself a good 200 kcals/day... no wonder i keep losing weight, even with a weekly cheat day/meal.
My big realizations lately are:
1. I put on way too much weight after quitting cigarettes and my body is too big for my own comfort. ( Can't see my own bush because stomach is in the way!! UGH!)
2. I may have to make the decision to leave my marriage if dh doesn't become an active participant in it (yes, we're having counseling for this).
3. Even though I'm all grown-up, I still feel so very loved when my Mom does little things for me!
4. I AM a great Mom.
