LOL well since I lost weight. It is basically pancake city now. Boobs are fat. So, when you lose weight, they don't stay perky and full. But yes, I've posted the before pics in here too.
At least with a reduction, you get some of that sag taken away. I'd gone in for a consultation before losing the weight. Without implants, they don't magically become perky. But they do take the load off your back.
