Yet another claiming "You made me do it!".
Yet another classic example of abusing the forum rules by posting in the wrong forum.

Exactly how responsible is a casual 'player' who can't own his own behaviour but has to blame his victim for the abuse?
How responsible is such an individual in private when they do it so easily in public?
I am responsible for all of the choices I make, in public and in private.
You are willing to blame me for your behaviour, in public.
Just as responsible as the 'victim' is for participating.
I like pizza a lot.
What I can't understand is what the fuck you think there still is to discuss?
We've reached the conclusion that you feel casual bdsm is unethical, and other people feel it isn't. Its called agreeing to disagree. The louder/more frequently you shout does not in anyway correlate to a change of opinions of those who feel just as strongly as you but in the opposite direction.
I seriously think this has been done to death now. We've all seen (multiple times, over many copy & pastes of the same article) your opinions and the message you hope to convey. What else do you want? It's all there for newbie education, and the reader, and the lurker and whoever else you seek to influence to read. So why keep on repeating it?

For shame.
I said, FOR SHAME!
Once again, a casual sub is no more a victim than a sky diver who's parachute fails.
A sky-diving company can be sued. It has standards to maintain and faces criminal prosecution if they fail to maintain them.
Who do you sue when a one-night stand turns abusive?

Really? You don't know that you can take an abuser to civil court with or without a trip to criminal court? I'm sure in some demented way you could take Literotica.com to court for all the 'abuse' you've experience here. haha, pussy.
Oh, you're still here? GTFO.
So the sub who is bound and blind-folded and abused at a 'play party' is supposed to know the names of all her abusers?
Which part of "one-night stand/no-strings attached" did you fail to understand?

Well, I guess if she was blindfolded... Wtf are you? Women are raped all the time by people they don't know. It usually takes some effort on the part of these people called 'detectives' and the abusers are found and charged in criminal court. Often, the abused also takes the abuser to civilian court to get herself some extra justice. You're completely uneducated.
That's the 'nice' thing about abuse in the casual community, you have all this peer pressure to convince the victim she wasn't really abused, or that if she didn't know what to expect she shouldn't have come.
Lots of ways to blame the victim, when you have a crowd working together to accomplish the task.
Not unlike what we find here at BDSM Talk ...
Yes, you can get legal help for a one-night stand turned abusive. In today's society, a woman only has to whisper the word "rape" or "non-consent" to utterly ruin someone's life, regardless of fact.
If the person is guilty and goes to jail, then so be it. But if he is innocent and proven to be so, his life is still irrevocably changed for the worse. So, I submit that these are the real victims. Not silly subs who can't recognize the signs of a dangerous situation and willingly choose to participate.
Maybe if you were a grown up you'd understand some of these intricacies.
