Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola Trial Derailed By Evidence Of FBI Corruption

I have the greatest respect for the law. I have ZERO respect for the fuckwits who administer it or the morons who can't get their narrative straight because they claim either justice is corrupt (see eg the narrative about Clarence Thomas and the SCOTUS being "illegitimate") or that's it's perfect (as in this instance) without distinction except for the outcome they desire.

You cannot twist justice and the law to fit your end goal in spite of the truth and believe it to be "neutral." By doing so all you do is prove that you're not fit to discuss the subject or be in a position of power over others.
Nothing in the OP or your defense of the Proud Boys makes your fellow racists less guilty.

Oops. Rightguide fails again. 🤷‍♀️

Jury Convicts Four Leaders of the Proud Boys of Seditious Conspiracy Related to U.S. Capitol Breach

https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/pr/...editious-conspiracy-related-us-capitol-breach

The four defendants and co-defendant Dominic Pezzola, 45, of Rochester, New York were also found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to prevent Members of Congress and federal law enforcement officers from discharging their duties, civil disorder, and destruction of government property. Pezzola was also found guilty of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers and robbery involving government property.
So, the trial wasn't derailed for a time? Show me where the article I posted was incorrect.

So I was correct. So, show me how I "failed" in presenting this article for discussion.

If you define “derailment” as only temporary you weren’t wrong.

So your thread was just another histrionic whine?

Bottom line, the FBI has been caught ordering the destruction of 338 lines of exculpatory evidence in the Dominic Pezzola Proud Boy Trial. It's becoming clear he's been framed. Apparently FBI classified Information was inadvertently left hidden in an evidence submission that was discovered by the Defense showing agents were ordered to destroy 338 lines of exculpatory evidence denied to the defendant and his legal team. The defense has filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice or a mistrial order with the court.

So where in the reporting did you find that the hidden messages were “exculpatory”?

Did you invent that little detail or did you simply misunderstand? Either way you misrepresented what is said in the articles to better suit the narrative you are trying to push. âś…

Even the defense acknowledged that there may have been legitimate reasons to withhold the lines of text.

From one of your cited sources:

“Defense lawyers cried foul, though, noting that the government’s claims of “classified” material arrived just as the defense sounded the alarm about the content of some of the inadvertently disclosed messages.”

Again, obviously the judge didn’t agree with you. ;)

(Edited because I shouldn’t accuse)

Are you are a lying right-wing propagandist?

Hey Reichguide, do like the proud boys because their leader shoved a dildo up his ass to prove he isn't gay?

The mere fact that he is defending these creeps and their activity speaks volumes about the kind of sick individual he really is. I would hope that, in a civilized society, the courts would do all they can, even go above and beyond, to lock these guys up and throw away the key. Yes, due process is important. Prosecuting violent acts of treason against our constitution and our democratic government by white supremacist terrorists is equally important.

I mean, I wasn't around these forums when the "Patriot" Timothy McVeigh was convicted, but I can't help but wonder...did Rightguide defend him too? And complain about the "Loyal Patriot" McVeigh's due process being violated? I suspect he probably did.

So due process is important, but the courts should ignore all that just to lock them up as quickly as they can?

You're a mess when it comes to logic.

Fairness requires that all evidence be given to the opposing team. Hiding any evidence, regardless of whether it's exculpatory or not, is unfair because that evidence might lead to other evidence which is exculpatory or which shows a bias or even criminal behavior on the part of the government or its agents. Due process rules demand adherence to the concept of fairness. There's an entire body of law which says this.
