Haha! No worries Kath.

The best thing about punk rock is that there are no rules.

Make em up as you go along!

Express yourself as you want.

Was it a 4 track EP with fold out sleeve or is my memory playing tricks?
I don’t remember abt the fold out sleeve, but I do distinctly remember there were four songs on it.

It’s in the basement. I will try to find it later today. It’s been probably 30 years since I’ve even played it.

By coincidence, this popped up on my social media! It’s a few years old now and wasn’t local to me sadly

We saw a few bands last nite. They were at the local DYI, none I’d ever heard of before. But it was local (20 minutes away) so we plunked down $15 ea.

Not a bad nite.

First band (dark surfers) was a dream poppy band. Sorta psychedelic and not bad.

Middle band was quite good. Called Sweet Harm from upstate NY. Sorta indie punk. I’d liken them to a punkier Titus Andronicus. We bought their album (on yellow vinyl).

Headliner was a band called Good Luck. I honestly had never heard of them but apparently they had a few really well reviewed records out like 15 years ago. They were good but not my sound at all.

Not a bad night. Nothing like seeing Fang last June. But not bad.

November 10, 1978, The Clash released their second studio album: Give 'Em Enough Rope.

My fave.

Another great release today in 1978.

Germfree Adolescents - the debut album by X-Ray Spex, featuring the singles "The Day the World Turned Dayglo", "Identity" and "Germ Free Adolescents"

Punk rock means a lot of things to many people. In my teens, I probably didn’t see myself ever in the armed services.

But I did join when I was 21. It changed my life forever, mostly in good ways. So to all of those who served…

And to our comrades in commonwealth states, lest we forget… and remember them always!

The real, McKenzie’s - the lads who fought and won

Eton Rifles

Hard-Fi - Middle Eastern Holiday
