see... i have this strategy... i figure that if i low-ball (pun intended) my abilities i have very low expectations to live up to AND there's a chance that women will be intrigued with this notion that's so overtly bogus that they'll make grand attempts to prove it incorrect. of course, there's the peripheral point that it sort of illustrates that i'm so secure that i can make fun of myself.

to date, this strategy hasn't worked for the briefest of moments.

i think you're clearly on a level higher than you believe yourself to be but i think this all depends on with whom you're doing your apprenticeship. and i think you should strongly consider switching to someone... oh, i don't know... someone who has a weiner dog AV, perhaps.
