I was tired from staying up too late all week and getting up too early. Guess I need more than 4 hours sleep per night.

So I crashed on the couch, got up about 1am and went to bed.

I have a day like that every couple of months or so. Usually happens on a Sunday though, when I just don't feel like doing anything, and will just kick back and doze off. Problem with that though, is that if I fall asleep in the afternoon, I need to sleep for several hours or I just feel more tired the rest of the day.

The friday night one worked out good cuz I had to get up early this morning.

I do it far more often than I should, by the time the kids are asleep I've usually crashed too, kind of puts a damper on things of a more romantic nature.
I really need to work out a better schedule.
