:: unlocks the door using my key, I walk into the room and look around. All is as it should be, everything is neat and tidy, recently cleaned based on the scent of lemon polish and windex lingering in the air. I walk through the place, holding a black velvet package in hand.

I am very careful with this package for there is something exceptionally fragile in it. I look about and see what I am here to see. The small house sitting gently in the corner. I see Scarlett sitting inside there as well as I peek through the window.

She looks like she is recovering from a night of partying a little too hard for when I tap on her door, she reaches to her head as if having a bad headache. Eventually, she opens the door and flys up to see me.

"Hey Scarlet..." I say and realize that is too loud for her head and so whisper, "Hey little muse... I have something for you..."

Turning I walk to the bar and set down the package on it. I smile and whisper, "I am sorry I have not been around much the last few weeks. Hopefully with this help. His name is yours to give him. Be careful with him for he is a kitten and needs someone good to take care of his needs."

I open the package and reveal to Scarlett...

I open the cage gently, letting him slide from the cage it was in and stretch out in it's long feline way... He looks up at me... then to Scarlett and says, "Is this my new owner?"

"Yes, kitten. This is Scarlett. She is a very wonderful muse who I am honored to know." I whisper as I watch Scarlett's reaction.

The kitten begins to purr as he walks to her, then runs it furry body around her legs, hoping for Scarlett to pick him up. I say, "Go ahead sugah... he is all yours.."

Scarlet had stolen some wine from the kitchen the evening before and partied with her other muse friends, her tiny little brain was hurting and everything in this damned human world was too loud, too bright and just too much.

She hadn't expected his visit, he had been fairly absent from the penthouse of late and she knew her Mistress missed him greatly...this had been hindering their work together. She wanted to tell him to buzz off and leave her be but she then noticed a gift in his hand and he was being so nice she lacked the heart to be rude so following him to the kitchen bench she was astounded to find out that the gift was indeed for her.

It was adorable a cute fairy kitten, Scarlet looked from her Mistresses Master to the fairy kitten walking to wards her, surprise and wonder filled her eyes. She reached out to touch it and the hesitated until he egged her on "Go ahead sugah... he is all yours.."

"Thank you Dragon Master" she said to the large imposing man and then reached out to the kitten and stroked him gently, it purred and rubbed against her making her smile with joy "he is beautiful" she looked up at the human and then fluttered up to his face and placed a gentle fairy kiss on his nose. "thank you, I shall call him Bumble...because he is coloured like a bee and has wings" she smiled quite happy with her choice and then flew back to bumble and picked him up to cuddle him.

* finding that the door will let me in I move slowly,in the dark ..not sure where everything is so I stand still for a moment,letting my eyes adjust. finally I make my way to the bed room I an never been here before so I am not sure if this is the right door ,but to my relief it is and I find the bed and pulling the covers back I sit for a moment .thinking how wonderful my Mistress is before removing my clothes and laying down for the night.

Pulls out the key she gave me so long ago and opens the door. I find the room apartment clean and empty. I am relieved... I walk to the bar and put the key on the wooden surface.

I see a small glow of light fly towards me and stops and stares at me. Scarlet is not happy and can see I am not either. She looks down at the key, then sharply back to me. She knows what I intend on doing.

I whisper, "I am sorry. Take care of the kitty. Take care of rayne. She needs you. Good bye..."

I turn and walk to the door. She flies up and tugs my ear sharply before leaning in and whispering something to me. I listen and then shake my head no. "I can't do that. I am sorry. Good bye."

I head to the door, open it and close it.... wishing to god it could have been some other way...​
