This thread... is utterly ridiculous. I do not understand the point of making a thread where, so far, people can only post once a day. It looks like you are just making up rules so you can feel in control of something, and I cannot believe there are people that actually want to be a part of this.

There's also some truth in this. The window of comedy has pretty much closed by this point. Especially since the other thread is mostly dead.

at first i didn't get the idea, but now after seeing the other thread i think this one is pretty fucking hilarious.

i haven't been on this site very long, so unless i'm misreading kiwi's initial post on that other thread she really comes across as pompous and arrogant.

So are you implying that creating a thread on a public message board that attempts to be exclusive just might be absurd?

I'm pretty confident that any one who wants to be part of this is well aware of the absurdity.

One could argue the opposite point with the # of views combined with the support privately and publicly of this thread. Goose's intervention was crucial to the climax of this thread.

Thanks for the support. Pompous and arrogant may be a little harsh. Immature, Unrealistic, Mean-Spirited, Misguided are better adjectives in my opinion.

What can I say. Some people find Pauly Shore hilarious. Others prefer their humor a little more subtle.
