really chill people only

Since I have yet to receive the completed application I can only conclude you are just too stubborn to complete the rigorous application process. That limits the chill factor immensely.

I'm not too stubborn--I just won't go hunting for it. ;P
I cannot get chill enough for this thread, however.

Pretty awkward, if you ask me.

Your lack of desperation to join this exclusive thread is ironically enough worth bonus points on the application. Watch your inbox for the short form.

Regarding the last page of posting:

I seriously wish before "mocking" the thread I made you could look a little past the glitzy, arrogant preview.
Maybe you could learn that I've been going through a really tough patch in my life, and was trying to surround myself with the people I trust and who I feel like understand me the most from Lit. It's less of an exclusive hangout, and more of a private getaway.

I didn't exactly want to put that, because I didn't want the PMs of asking what was wrong, over and over again.
But hey, I feel like shit.

So mission accomplished gunforhire.
I salute you.

2 things...

1) Get an email list going - I've had one going with a group of moms I met on aol 10 years ago.... we are the very best of friends and support each other through everything.

2) When you opening tell people that they weren't invited so they should leave... i perceive that as rude. That may not have been your motive but it's definitely how I and many other have seen it.

Best of luck to you with whatever you are going through.

I agree with gunforhire, funlovinaj and the others. When I read your thread, saw the initial post and saw how you "treated" the people who weren't "invited", I felt like I was watching "Mean Girls" with Kiwikitty as the Queen Bee. It was too high schoolish for me. I was thinking, "A clique in an online forum? What gives?"

However, kiwi, I've been out of Lit for quite some time, and I don't know you at all aside from what I've seen of some of your posts and photos. I hope you resolve whatever issues you're experiencing now, and I wish you all the best.

Hello, gun! This is my second post today, so I won't post tomorrow. ;) Congrats on your new thread, and I did see that it is a satirical attempt to "outchill" the other thread. I don't think I'm really chill enough to be a regular poster here, so I'll just flit and fly whenever I'm here. :p

Whoa--ironic bonus points?
That is extremely chill.
I hope my chill-bubble doesn't pop before that application arrives!
After all, he that giveth can taketh away.

;P

Shai, Great to see you around. Rest assured you are "chill" enough to post here or any other thread.

Your "chill" factor is shining through strong. No worry about that bubble bursting.

Much like a dog lying on the side of the road this dog of a thread needs to be put out of it's misery. I know it's tempting to poke it with a stick one last time to see if any life is left, but the chill thing to do is let it die.

Oh, by the way, next time you want to actually be funny, you might not want to turn the joke into your own conceited thread.

Kay.

The joke ended when he turned it into his own way of feeling special about himself and his newfound power.
It's cute, actually.

i wouldn't say i was riled up, but i did find the initial intention of this thread very funny and your reaction to it makes it even funnier.

can't take a joke?

I'd be much more willing to take a joke if this guy wasn't actually serious.
It was funny for about the first 2 pages.

Also if this site hadn't screwed me over enough already.

wow... you just can't get enough attention can you? I guess what they say is true .. any attention is enough for some people.

If the site has screwed you over it's because you've allowed it to. Step back and open your heart and mind enough to take it all in and realize that sometimes there is a deeper message to something.

Of course this thread was originally intended to poke fun of you but somehow it took on a life of its own I would have never predicted. Somewhere around page two or so it really wasn't about you anymore, it became more of playful banter and/or general discussion. New found power? Power over what? A stupid thread on a message board which just about everybody knew was a joke?

I even tried to kill the thread a few posts above but you brought it back. I know it's tough to let someone else have the last word so I'm not going to either;)

Well the rules were thrown out the window a long time ago. But thanks.

But "humour"? Seriously? NOT CHILL! Please take the trouble to spell correctly before you trample on this sacred thread again.

Are you implying that saying "get her done" in a long drawn out southern drawl is not as sophisticated as Benny Hill trying to mount some vixen?
