To be fair … I know the NE accent doesn’t do it for much but it’s a good way in!

It can be a bit too thick and heavy for some salads. Iceberg holds up to it better than flimsier greens.

I love chipotle ranch dressing on a southwest salad with stuff like red or black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, sharp cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese, etc.
