Omg I went to a McDonald’s drive in for the first time in a while a couple months back, I was so stressed because I couldn’t read the menu very well and it’s all different and I didn’t know what was where anymore . I got my chicken sandwich and fries but it was a battle!

tbf, just going to mcdonald's and ordering off the menu is a scam...order on the app and pick up at the window or pickup lane...they charge almost half as much for the same items on the app as they do on the menu.

“Really? You’re taking out your frustration on someone who’s literally doing nothing but trying to help you?”

I don’t disagree that it would help a lot of people to get that perspective but I think it’s so sad that a lot of people need to experience something to have empathy and compassion for it.

I’ve never worked retail or food service and I’m still always kind and respectful to everyone!

You're right, most of us can pause and be kind. Sadly, some people have no ability to empathize and we live in an increasingly entitled world.
