Good morning!

I could not get into Lit for a couple hours this am.

TxGent....I sometimes buy it by the gallon from a site called Bulk Apothocary. But that really is too much. So I like this brand:

I was worthless yesterday! Doing too much finally hit me and I crashed. Did nothing. Cancelled going to a meet n greet. Was in bed by 8pm. My rheumatologist tells me to not overdo. I don't really listen until I do overdo. I feel better today!

Was going to clean the patio today but it's cloudy so will do that tomorrow. I think today I will switch out my winter for summer clothes.

I wish I could show you photos from Ladies Night, but can't do that. Of course, you all are getting to know that when my hair and makeup is done, I have to take advantage of that! Besides, I had to get undressed and ready for bed. I might as well take photos doing that. lol I'm shameless!

The pics include the food and the bar. I LOVE to entertain! MrSB usually does the bar and knows what every one of our friends likes to drink. We believe in having what our friends like. We have gone to homes where they ask what we'd like to drink. Vodka and tonic with lime? They will have vodka but no tonic or lime. lol So we make sure we have it (within reason). I just took bottles out of the cabinets and figured they could find something to drink. If not there, they know they can just look in the cabinets. Several brought wine. No one went hungry or thirsty!!

After the evening was over, I just put the liquor back where I could. He's going to have fun fixing my mess! NOT!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!! I think this is the very first day in my entire life that I won't be having corned beef and cabbage on St. Pat's day. We'll probably cook it Sunday.

We are off to Sedona with friends! We'll come home tomorrow. Yes, they are lifestyle friends.

Won't be able to post photos till Sunday, most likely.

Inspirinious.... I know what you are saying. I carried nothing in the hand with the fitbit. I walked normally. I have my stats and stride length entered correctly into the app.

What I find amazing is how every other app was correct. The problem with just using the iPhone Health app is you have to be have the phone on your body all the time to record data.

A friend and I walked yesterday.
Fitbit recorded 3.92 miles and 8867 steps
iPhone Health App recorded 4.6 miles and 10,492 steps
App called Steps recorded 4.6 miles.10,492 steps
Friend's walking app recorded 4.6 miles and 10,478 steps
Drove the car afterwards and it's 4.6 miles!

Anyway, I'm going to have to accept that it's incorrect and move on. I do like the sleep analysis, heartbeat, calorie's burned and other features of the fitbit.

A friend from the other site gave me the nipple/clit jewelry last year that I'm wearing in the photos to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Enjoy!

I walked 4 miles yesterday. Then did photos in 2 outfits. Then worked on my closet switching out summer and winter clothes. Was asleep by 10:15 and slept 9 hours!

MrSB is having a great time. He said the courses are very hard. He usually hits upper 80's to low 90's and is not happy when it's over 90. He said he's hitting 100 and given the condition of his back and how hard the courses are, he said he's happy. One more round today and then he flies to Boston to see his parents for a few day.

I haven't said much about MrSB's son. In July of 2015, he tried to commit suicide. His dad found him. He was in a coma for 6 days. Then suddenly, he came back to us. Obviously, there is a long back story but we knew if he didn't get help, he would be dead. So we got him to agree to a long term treatment place in Prescott, AZ. As a side note, there are 150 treatment facilities in Prescott. I thank God everyday for this place. The gave him his life back. It's not a lock down. The guys live in apartments, purchase and cook their own food. They have 12 group meetings (including 12 step) per week, individual therapy, they volunteer locally and have work to do at the place. He was there for 8 months.

He was good when he got out for a couple months. Then it changed. He descended into deep, deep depression that started last summer. It's not been an easy 8 months since he got out of treatment. He wouldn't (or couldn't) contact a new psychiatrist and kept spiraling downwards. If we talked to him, it drove him further away. He accused us of trying to fix him.

He finally saw a new psychiatrist last month for a medication change. They take about a month to work. He texted me Friday night that the new meds were finally working!!! Said he felt the depression lift and felt great. Then he said he was grateful and thanked me for sticking with him and said he loved me. Those words mean the world to me. I asked if he wanted to go to a favorite restaurant tonight for dinner. He said Yes! First time in forever! When he's depressed he doesn't eat.

I believe we just don't marry a person. We marry the family. I love his son. Ok, maybe marrying the family can be scary but it's not an option for me. You take the good, the bad and the crazy!

If any of you have someone that suffers from an addiction or mental disorder, please look into places in Prescott, AZ. Or pm me. But know I won't just give out the info without knowing who you really are.

More lovely photos SB. You have mentioned Mr. SB's son in passing. He sounded in a real bad way and hopefully his new meds will keep him more 'with it'.

My son is manic depressive. He has highs and lows, but luckily over the past couple of years his meds have controlled most of it. He still gets the lows sometimes but we all know his triggers and try to avoid them.
His lowest time was when my father in law, his granddad died a couple of days before my sons birthday. Even now over 39 years on, he does not accept or celebrate his birthday in any way. It is hard for his own children to understand, but they accept that daddy is not well sometimes and know not to push him on these days.

In depression, I wonder if self-hatred and low esteem make them feel not worthy of celebrating their birthday? MrSB's son is almost 37.

I had a wonderful time with MrSB's son. We talked and laughed. We both have a wicked sense of humor and it was fun to see that side of him again. He even opened up to me about how close he was to suicide again. Scares the daylights out of me but the fact he didn't means a lot.

I put pics of our sandwiches in the album. They are truly food porn! His sandwich which is the one with brisket and pastrami was about 5" high. I could only eat half of my reuben.

My patio is clean!!! WOOHOO! I walked 10,000+ steps cleaning yesterday! I have learned that the power washer is too strong if there is debris on the ground. It just blows it around and onto where I already cleaned. So I have to sweep and rinse, then power wash.

Oh, I found evidence of mice too. First time ever. I bought MrSB a floating golf chipping thing. It was folded up and behind the wicker settee. Well, it was chewed to pieces and there was mouse poop all over. Ugggg... I did find a dried up eaten orange under the settee as well. Roof rats are a problem out here due to the citrus. However, they tend to nest in attics. I hope it's just mice and not roof rats. Fingers crossed it's not that!

I had a new cushion made for the double chaise and I'm picking it up today.

I'm also giving a girlfriend a massage tonight. It's her first massage with me. I am looking forward to massaging, pampering and pleasuring her!
