Wow! Thank you all so much for the comments. I'm humbled. I just try to live life in a way that is honorable, open and loving. Oh, and fun!

I am one sore gal! I cleaned house yesterday for 8 hours and got about 6400 steps in, then I walked 2 miles to get to 10,000 steps. My lower back is really hurting today so I did something. But my thighs and butt have been sore from walking so it might be that I overdid it yesterday.

I'm giving my friend, "C" a massage today. It's her turn and she needs it as bad as I do!

Though honestly, I don't think I could lay on a massage table for 2½ hours. I need to be moving to loosen my back.

If you all really want to know what makes me happy, here goes....
a clean house
an organized closet
a clean and organized garage
a clean patio and backyard

No, I'm NOT OCD. lol

I have the first three accomplished. Am doing the backyard on Friday and guess what? The temps are going down to 78 on Friday. Oh well, I will do it anyway.

C had a very happy massage! Then we shopped and cooked for tonight "Ladies Night In". About 14 lifestyle girlfriends are coming over for an evening of food, drinks and friendship. No sex. Men not allowed!

I love entertaining and cooking for parties. I'm making an array of appetizers for tonight.

About 8:30pm last night, I had to run to the store for a green pepper. When I went outside the wind had kicked up so much I had a hard time walking into the store! It was fierce. It knocked down powerlines here and created some big messes!

It rained overnight and the temps dropped to the 50's this am. Will be a high of 68º today! YUCK!!

I am one tired chick! Ladies night was a huge success! I had 13 gals over and we had such a great time!

I've been asked what we talk about. Well, pretty much the same stuff any women talk about when they get together. BUT!!! Throw in talk about our favorite vibes and it livens things up!

My favorite vibe is called Dr. Berman's Athena. About $6 on Amazon. I buy these 20 at a time and give them to girlfriends. I've probably given 40+ away. All but 1 woman says it's become her new best friend! I gave a few away last night to new friends.

I could not get into Lit for a couple hours this am.

TxGent....I sometimes buy it by the gallon from a site called Bulk Apothocary. But that really is too much. So I like this brand:

I was worthless yesterday! Doing too much finally hit me and I crashed. Did nothing. Cancelled going to a meet n greet. Was in bed by 8pm. My rheumatologist tells me to not overdo. I don't really listen until I do overdo. I feel better today!

Was going to clean the patio today but it's cloudy so will do that tomorrow. I think today I will switch out my winter for summer clothes.

I wish I could show you photos from Ladies Night, but can't do that. Of course, you all are getting to know that when my hair and makeup is done, I have to take advantage of that! Besides, I had to get undressed and ready for bed. I might as well take photos doing that. lol I'm shameless!

The pics include the food and the bar. I LOVE to entertain! MrSB usually does the bar and knows what every one of our friends likes to drink. We believe in having what our friends like. We have gone to homes where they ask what we'd like to drink. Vodka and tonic with lime? They will have vodka but no tonic or lime. lol So we make sure we have it (within reason). I just took bottles out of the cabinets and figured they could find something to drink. If not there, they know they can just look in the cabinets. Several brought wine. No one went hungry or thirsty!!

After the evening was over, I just put the liquor back where I could. He's going to have fun fixing my mess! NOT!

As I was preparing a dish, I dropped one piece. It landed right on my big toe! I couldn't have done that if I tried! Don't worry. I didn't evoke the 5 second rule!
