I'm hungry and sore! But healing well. Still on liquids. But no pain pill since last night. MrSB made delicious ham and beans but it was really difficult to eat that. I started hurting afterwards so took a pain pill. Anyway, not the worst I've been through in a long stretch and no where near what others go through.

He has the radio frequency ablation this afternoon. Fingers crossed that it works!

Good morning!

First order of business. MrSB and I had reason to celebrate yesterday! MrSB was released from his surgeon after 4 years being cancer free! THAT was the best news ever!

To celebrate, he went to Dunkin Donuts and brought home 6, yes 6 donuts! We each ate three! Yep, we each ate three! I paid for it as my cheek really hurt! But oh so worth it! I can't tell you when the last time that I had a donut! I am so happy and thankful he is cancer free!

I do believe we see light at the end of the tunnel and it's not the train coming at me!

MrSB said last night he feels soreness but could actually sit and get up from the chair and toilet without lots of pain! lol

I'm healing, a little less sore and can actually pucker my lips. MrSB said I'm talking better too. You know how gals rub their lips together when putting on lip gloss? Well, I've not been able to do that. I can this am!

Yesterday was not a productive day! I was a couch potato with no energy. Except for eating. omg... I had the three donuts, bratwurst and mac and cheese for dinner and gelato afterwards. I don't even want to know how many calories I consumed. I sure didn't expend any!

MrS said in his business, they called the pastries in their vending machines "widow makers". Full of fat, sugar and calories!

Today will not be so lazy. MrSB's son is doing good but struggling a little so he's coming over this afternoon for dinner.

What a day!

MrSB had another nerve block. They determined he will have the Radio Frequency Ablation. However, it only has about a 60% success rate. So, we need all the positive thoughts that it will work! If no, the only other option is fusion which he said he won't do.

I had a wonderful massage from my friend "C". Twice happy. One of our "rules" is no orgasm while on our tummys. We found we like the build up and an orgasm is just better at the end. Hard to explain. I have to tell you that the baseball is signed but not by Sox players. I think it's signed by St. Louis Cardinal players.

I think the glove is MrSB's glove that he played competitive fast pitch ball with. He played for years when he was younger and they played 250-300 games a year. Probably why his back and knees are bad!

Edit... MrS got home. The glove was his grandfathers and probably 80 years old. The ball is probably from early 60's. Tim McCarver and Ray Sadecki's signatures are on it.
