Sexy fun!

Soccermom... thanks! We do have a couple lifestyle pool parties in the summer. Everyone is nude. No sex in the pool. I have bedrooms set up for play. Funny thing though....for a bunch of swingers, not much play goes on. We just love being naked, open, fun and have a great time!

Hope everyone is good. I walked a whole 500 steps yesterday. Iced my foot and kept it elevated. A little better but still hurts. There is a large red area where it hurts too. So will continue to ice and keep elevated.

Moving on....

What is really striking is how comfortable you appear being naked outdoors in a public area. I assume there is very low risk of being discovered, but still there is that risk. Possibly you get an exhibitionist thrill while doing this?

This location is popular with your pix. Furthering the above comments, it is amazing how comfortable you are being nude, which makes your pix all the more sexy, in my opinion- as it is clearly your natural state and not something that you "put on".

So how public is this place? I know you've shared about it before; however, would like to better understand. As often as you take pix or have them taken (did MrSB shoot this last set?), I can't believe that you've not been "caught"- however anyone that stumbled upon you is most likely not going to complain. Lol


For clarification, a sound file would work too. I thought, perhaps, as you're comfortable snapping pix of your morning coffee, you might just video one day instead of snapping pics...give us a verbal update in lieu of your typed messages. However, I'm happy with whatever you grace us with!

My foot is not much better. Still hurts a lot and it's difficult to walk.

Todger...I have no idea how it happened. I did not twist it, drop something on it, get bitten or anything. I don't think it's broken though. Feels like a sprain on the top of my foot. Not the bottom or ankle.

Soccermom... it's definitely a public place but I don't see others often. Plus it's desert so I can see the area really well.

MrSB hasn't taken any photos since I was on the ledge in my house or in St. Maarten last Sept. I take them all.

My doc appt was good. It's my rheumatologist that I see for the Ankylosing Spondylitis. I told him about my foot. He suggested they x-ray it which they did there.

However, he’s not sure it’s broken or injured. I brought my latest labs from my kidney doctor and PCP. My uric acid levels were elevated on one test. He thinks I might have a minor case of gout. Lovely, huh?

It all is making sense now....
1. Elevated uric acid levels
2. I had prime rib and cold shrimp twice the week prior which is out of my normal eating pattern. Red meat, shellfish and fish are high in purines which is a major cause of gout.
3. It came on while I was sleeping.
4. It’s gone in 4 days. Injuries don't heal that fast like that.

Sooo…… I need to not have weeks eating like I did that week! I can in moderation but not prime rib twice!

I got out and walked 3 miles this am. If felt good to walk again. Yep, I actually said that!

I’ve been going through my dad’s stuff in preparation to taking it to KC next week. He kept EVERYTHNG! I’ve laughed and cried . I found every card us girls ever gave him. I signed one: Love and Lollipops? Lol Really, who but a 13 year old signs anything like that!

I found a newspaper article about a gift shop in Wichita that I worked at one semester. It was owned by Frank Carney (Pizza Hut founder) and his fiancé. There is a photo of me modeling sunglasses. It’s just my face and I didn’t even recognize myself. I was 20.

He kept every program from every concert I was in or directed.

There is lots of Navy stuff. Lol Ummm….a whole blue book about VD in the Mediterranean. The last page says they will post VD stats every morning. He was on the USS Roosevelt in the Mediterranean during the Korean war.

He kept every letter and card my gramma sent him. I got to get to know her all over again. She passed in 1994 and I don’t remember knowing her very well. I’ve really cherished reading those letters.

My message here is …..if your elderly parents are alive, go into the attic or basement and dig out the mementos and enjoy them with them. Get the stories. If you have boxes buried in the basement or attic, get them out and share with your kids and grandkids. I so wish my dad was here so I could do that. There are many untold stories and sharing of memories that I missed.

Good advice SB... my parents were on the other side of the country and unfortunately I was unable to visit as often as I should have so did not have the opportunity to share those personal mementos before they passed.. Life was just too busy at that time and I regret it to this day...

I agree. Get what pictures and stories you can from parents and grandparents while you can. I got very little from my grandparents. I did get more from my parents before they passed. I do miss them.

My hubby has been hit with gout before. Very painful! At first we thought it was some kind of insect bite, but on the joint of both big toes? He could barely walk. Went to the doctor and figured it out. Also got some pills to help. I'll give you the name if you like.
