Yesterday, I spoke to Acer's parts company. I can buy the keyboard and top casing for $101, shipping included. The keyboard is attached to the outer shell where the keys come though the holes.

Here's the caveat.....that gal I spoke to said she has to put a request into Acer to sell the keyboard. It's a special request only. She said they usually get back to her within 24 hours if they will provide the part to sell. She was awesome and I appreciated her help! However, I still have no idea if I can even get the keyboard.

Todger..... I hear ya! But if we can even get the part, we're going to give it a try.

We had a brush fire in the area yesterday. It was miles away from me but I could see the smoke while I was walking last evening. And it was wicked windy!

Thanks for the warning. I won't be buying any Acer computers. I've changed Dell laptop keyboards without a problem.

Today is MY massage day! I'm ready for one!

Some of you have commented on my nipples. Before I started on the hormone pellets, my nipples were flat. Very flat. After starting the pellets, my nipples would get hard when aroused! Then after 2-3 years, they were pointy all the time. Now I swear I could hammer nails when I get turned on! I asked 10 other girlfriends that do the pellets and had hysterectomies like me if they noticed a difference. Every single one said YES!! Another incredible benefit to estradiol and testosterone!!

No word yet if I will be able to get the keyboard.

Using the external keyboard has been a comedy. I can't tell you how many times I either reached over it to type on the laptop OR moved the external keyboard out of the way to type on the laptop keyboard. Then I look at the screen and wonder why it's not typing. lol Talk about creatures of habit!!

I used to love playing backgammon. I've recently gotten back into it online. I'm addicted! I'm so competitive and fully aware the dice are not entirely random. I do love it though! And yes, true to myself, I chart the doubles on a spreadsheet. I am a spreadsheet junkie! lol.... It can be amazing how unfair they can be on both sides. I need help!
