Did I ever tell you about her building a nest in a pool torch? I got hours and tons of photos. I also got the baby's first flight! It was amazing to watch from building a nest to baby flying and all in between.

I will post the gardening tomorrow.

I'm tired today. I've walked 10,000+ per day for 2 weeks without a break. I think today I may take one.

Hope you are all doing better than me! I'm telling ya, exercise is going to kill me!

A sharp pain on the top left side of my left foot woke me in the middle of the night. I can barely walk. It's killer to move my toes or lift my foot. My friend said it might be the Abductor Digiti Minimi ligament. But when that ligament is injured, the pain is in the heel and ankle. My pain is not in the heel or ankle. So I have no idea. I'm icing it now. If not better by tomorrow, will have it xrayed.

Southfi....an M&G is a get together in a public place, usually a restaurant bar for people in the lifestyle to socialize and get to know others. They are organized monthly events and the same people tend to go to them.

Last night was a different group than we usually get together with. This sounds snobby but realize, we have to have a physical attraction or chemistry between people. omg.... The people were not our type. Some were dressed like slobs or inappropriate for a public place. Quite a few rough looking people or OLD!!! Now we're old but these people looked OLD! When I say old, I don't necessarily mean age. It's the look. It's either the old people look or inappropriately revealing for a public place.

You all would be absolutely shocked and amazed if you saw photos. Goes to show you can't tell who is in the lifestyle. People tend to think it's like the sexy photos of 20somethings that are associated with lifestyle sites. Couldn't be further from the truth. Anyway, we left by 8:45.

Soccermom... thanks! We do have a couple lifestyle pool parties in the summer. Everyone is nude. No sex in the pool. I have bedrooms set up for play. Funny thing though....for a bunch of swingers, not much play goes on. We just love being naked, open, fun and have a great time!
