reminding us that bones won't give
sustenance to either child or man
(though these are one and the same).

The last thing a fertility goddess needs
with her engorged nipples throbbing
begging for a man to jump her bones
is to be locked away and hidden
(though these also are one and the same).

The only thing a woman goddess needs
is to feel desired and sexy deep
inside her womb and her bones
by a mate who's ready to give everything
(this is the difference).
