The sinkhole thing happened not far from here. We've all been watching the news in horror. We had a sinkhole open up behind our house last summer. Scary shit.

And nurses DO diagnose; we just do it in a different way - or get the MD to sign off on it. LOL

Time to go to work. Y'all hold down the fort for me for 13 more hours, then I have a few days off! Yippee!

Australia must be nice this time of year. I'm still debating migrating farther south if it doesn't warm up here soon. I wonder if there are any international travel nursing agencies? hmmm. Things to ponder.

I talked to the cardiologist yesterday. We have to make some adjustments to my meds. Yippee. :-/ He added a PRN (as needed) med for my blood pressure; it's been going too high again. He also okayed the med that I want to use to stop smoking, so both BB and I are planning to quit in a week.

If y'all hear any earth-shattering kabooms coming from the Florida area, it's not a hurricane. It's just acute nicotine withdrawal. The only question should be.....which one of us made the earth-shattering kaboom.

Thanks! I always say smoking may be killing me, but it keeps my family and coworkers alive. One thing is certain; it won't be boring around here!
