^^^ See, now that's an example of LitLegal. No watermark or URL, linked from another site rather than uploaded to Lit as an attachment and not explicit. And since she's facing the camera, we can assume she knows the picture was taken, though we don't know if she granted permission for it to be on the web, let alone to Lit. But again, since it isn't uploaded to Lit as an attachment, that is less of an issue. If she were to complain to Tumbler, it would probably be deleted from there which would also wipe it from here.
Those are the things I look for when reviewing an image.
Mike posts a lot of images I don't like and would rather not see, but that isn't a factor I use. As long as they fit the other areas mentioned, they can stay.
