son of the isolated blurts thread!

"Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion."

In telling another Litster about the Spotlight threads, I decided to go back and reread some of them. Came across this post from Quoll. Even from the beyond, he makes me smile. I hope all came to pass as you wanted it, Q-man. You are missed.

What goes best with boobies (besides me  ), red or white wine?:D

Although I'm partial to reds, Imma hafta go with white. Unless you have lightening fast tongue, red wine stains are a bitch to get out of fabric. Just sayin.' ;)

You've never poured wine over your lover's erogenous zones? You're missing out. But you need good, thick towels to catch the overflow.

I'm not a wino, so, no, no spilled wine in the making of my partner. :D

I'm thinking that if you're going to be pouring wine over each other that this activity would lend it self to the middle of the backyard or somewhere that vino stains wouldn't be a problem. :D

LOL! Not exactly a wino, but I do break open a bottle at least once a week. For relaxation purposes, naturally. ;)

OUTSIDE? Are you insane? There's like, mosquitos, and dirt, and stuff trying to go where they don't belong. Plus, why would I choose the unforgivingly hard ,compact ground when I have a perfectly lovely, spacious, comfortable bed? Outside? Nope, not I. I want my creature comforts.

I'm not a fan of wine. I can do Chardonnay, though prefer something with a little more rum and Pepsi in it. :D I love the aroma of red wine, I just wish it tasted half as good.

God, I'd hate to see your mattress, betcha it looks like a sacrificial altar with all those vino stains!:D:D

Of course! Coffee, tea or wine with that?:rose:

I think I'd enjoy tea.

Bobsgirl and I often talk about Quoll...he is missed by so many. She feels his absence greatly. I hope he hears a little bell, or something like that, every time he is thought of, it'd be a symphony.

Not a fan of wine? *lip quiver* I...I might have to rethink this friendship. That just cuts me to the core! ;)

Didn't you read my earlier response? Red wine is for drinking, white wine is for play. But...since I hate to clean up unnecessary messes, I always put down old albeit thick towels and a few chux pads. Et voila! No fuss, no muss. So no sacrificial alters here.

I posted about Quoll before seeing this. He certainly meant a lot to so many of us.

Clicked on your link: thinking about Velvet Darkness now, too.

He certainly did. And I agree wrt Velvet. Aside from her sharp wit, I miss how she'd call people poppet.

Oh, good! I have about 15 different varieties, so you should find something you like. Not that I'm obsessive or anything. Nope, not I. *whistles innocently*

BG and I have talked a bit about Quoll, and I gather that they were pretty good friends. I do like the thought of him hearing a bell whenever he is thought of, and you're right - they'd be constantly ringing.

And on a separate tangent, it's good to see you round these parts, Cate.

Not to worry, my trusty paddle will take care of that lip quiver . . . Oh, wait!:devil::devil::D

I did read your post, but apparently not well. Tell you what, you can pour all the wine over me you like, and I'll stick with chocolate syrup and whipped cream on you!;)

I did not get the job. :( But that's ok. It just means it was not supposed to be, and I'm lucky enough to have a current job so it's really not a big deal.

The other meeting I had today went as expected.

It has really just been a shit day.

Oh, I'm sorry, my love.

Thank you sweetness. That means more than you know. :rose:

I sat in that meeting today being told that I didn't understand how the program was supposed to work. The dingdong who was explaining it, had already explained it to me 3 times on the phone, and at least 3 in the meeting. He was talking in circles and wouldn't let me speak at all. I understood perfectly--I don't agree with the changes. After he said that I just didn't understand again, I stopped trying not to stare at the massive pimple on his cheek, and was imagining him wearing a shock collar. Every time he finished a sentence I would think ZAP! That is when I almost started to laugh, so I had to stop. Made me feel a little better though.

Cleaning out the closet so I don't have to move this whole ridiculous moutain of clothing and shoes, and since I'm going to be 45, I decided time to get rid of the summer mini skirts. OH MY GOD! I'm surprised I let myself out of the house in a couple of those they are so short.

I'm purging some of the stripper shoes too--that is by far harder, but if I haven't worn them in a year, they are going to the Good Will. They are going to have a fun inventory for a while.

Might have to reward the kids and I for all the hard work at ye olde box forte, by going to see "300, Rise of an Empire" tonight.
