I am all an excite about building a car today. It is so cool that I can do this and not be in trouble.

I am building out an old Nissan Silvia. These cars are pretty strong, they were never imported into the States so most folks don't know about them or the later Skyline models. Kind of what is cool about this game. I get to try an old Silvia, a new Sentra, or a historic Lamborgini... They are all accurately modeled in the game. Simulator I should call it, that is what it is.

Anyhow, that is what I have planned for the day. Analyse telemetry readouts on a hotrod. What all have you folks got going on? Something that involves cool I hope...

I have been taking it easy. Brother came up from Florida and spent yesterday cleaning my driveway and sidewalks and did some in-depth vacuuming all over the house. But he ruined the developing cobwebs I had been working on for Halloween.

I really appreciate his help. It was stuff I hadn't had the energy to do in the heat with my problem.

Had some nice talks and grilled some steaks on the charcoal grill. Hum, do you thing i need to upgrade to a 21st century gas grill?


Glad you are having so much fun with the cars Blooze.

That was one hot video and story to wake up to. At least the temps are supposed to drop back into the low 90s for the next week or so.

Great to see everyone " up and at 'em" this morning and ready to go out an conquer the world.

well... muffins and bearclaws and coffee in the AC is nice...we can leave the other stuff for later.

Mav, sure the gas grill is easier, but you will miss the flavor when your steaks start tasting like burnt grease instead of hickory smoke.

Beam, you would melt a bucket of ice into perspiration in about 5 sec

Well, alrighty then. I usually let the guy who's car I'm building worry about the livery. But just to show that I can, I will put a paint job on the Sentra, and then post it.

The Sentra is working out well btw, I've set about 6 personal bests with it since I got it done. I have also identified some areas that are a bit lacking in the suspension - back in the garage for a bit to sort that out.

But I will get it painted up like I was gonna go race it...

Toyo tires is currently my best sponser, they will figure into the livery.
