That piece of music is a part the problem. The guy that wrote it is named David Mallet. He hit some nail on the head. The same nail the dance scene in the The Song Catcher evokes, or the dance scene from Doc Hollywood - hell, even the myriad dance scenes of me and my Annie Mae that still rumble about so vividly in my mind...

I finally found part of the membership over to the Muscle Inc. to lay some of the responsibility off onto (I'm delegatin', man...) so things won't be quite so hectic. Ideas for my blog are clutterin' my brain at a high rate of speed. I need to pay some of them heed or learn to endure the traffic jam...

Well Well there you are....

Me and My Cowboy had a great time last night at the Garth Brooks concert

Excellent Concert....no big stage,no hoopla or bells or whistles,no rockets going off..just a man with his band playing music with passion.His wife Trisha Yearwood opened the show for him and then came out in the middle and sang a couple of duets.

Booked my flight last night...the OK boy is meeting up with me in Atlanta and we will fly to NY together..
It was time he returned to his hometown...been almost 2 years since he saw his brother..
While the circumstances involving all of us being in the same place at the same time are stressful it will make my heart smile seeing my sons together again.

Snowed in NY yesterday...glad I did'nt see it

I actually drove from Maine to North Carolina stopping here and there and visiting family the whole month of August and that is one reason I was so broke for a while

Got lots of pretty flower pics that I will add to the Flowers thread at some point. Got some funky BJ pics that I will attach soon.... One pic now of our shocking pink (actually salmon pink color) house... I just hope that TomOne doesn't see this one, but hey its a rental !!

so i will start with a celebration... anniversary of our local favorite supermarket in early september...

we had this wonderful band playing really great African music with a female drummer... yeah i know these two do not look all that african

and we had lion dancers for a little local color... and chilling afterwards..

then yours truly was invited to go up on stage and say something about the supermarket chain's history (long time customer). guess i am just as expressive off guard as i am in my old pics and no, I wasn't singing to the audience
