The afternoon were errands done: haircut, banking, and groceries.

My dad was from the south. My mom, the north. She fully embraced southern cuisine. We routinely ate grits. I love them!

This is a good Timelapse of exactly where we are.

The Ogunquit river flows backwards when the tide comes in and then flows regularly downstream during low tides.

It is a cardinal sin in Islam to use instant grits, and Allah will take a giant shit on you for even thinking about that blasphemous filth. Grits are meant to be cooked awhile, and if you don't have time to do it right, you need to quit bein' a little bitch and plan better.


Work went okay. I prioritized some thing I wanted to get done and made some headway. TDK is on the computer table. Sauteed cabbage and ate it with gravy. It was damned fine.
