That has a totally different meaning in Scotland so if you plan to visit you had best start studying your Scots dictionary and phrase books. A “piece” is a packed lunch! Think sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bar and an apple or you won’t get out of the airport!

I can't see the business model that delivers a packet of tea to my mum every now and then. I am glad they do though!

it must work, they've done it for 100yrs or so. We get tea, coffee bags & some biscuits regular, then we see what he offers that day x

On Monday my doctors want me to stop taking my LYBALVI medication for Bipolar Disorder & ADHD for 36 hours so tests can be run to see if they need to modify my meds to change or lesson the potency. This frightens me a bit as I have not been off these medications for that long, for some time.

You're going to be fine hun. You'll have some anxiety because it's new to you. I think someone with more medical knowledge can assist you. But if they weren't sure taking you off the medication they probably wouldn't have. But make sure you voice your concerns to the medical personnel that you are dealing with hun. They will be better equipped to explain and calm your anxiety about the testing and side effects.

I have similar food/drink restrictions leading up to bedtime to help minimize reflux and nighttime restroom visits. Think that's pretty common.

changing up meds - especially after a long run - can be scary. I think OM gave sound advice.

Make them get you a sleep study. The apnea will get you up to pee because you're smothering. Needing to pee will wake you and make you breathe.
