Hello, everyone! I haven't posted here in a long time, but I happen to see this ice cream thread and was inspired to break my silence! I make ice cream every Friday for my crew at work. The basic recipe with cream, milk, sugar and vanilla is indeed wonderful. Tried adding chucks of cookie dough yesterday and that was amazing too. I could do with a dish right now...Yes. Only cream, milk,sugar, and vanilla. Not all that other stuff.

Thank you. Sometimes I add chocolate chips. Sometimes I add peppermint chips and substitute mint extract for vanilla. And for chocolate ice cream, I use cocoa powder.Hello, everyone!
