Thanks for the update. R/L has kept me away for a while, so I haven't been able to keep up to date.
MrsJ and I have had the pleasure of riding with EB and Steve on a couple of those roadtrips, and we are glad to hear that its nothing serious and she is on the the road to recovery.
EB, you know you can call us anytime. x12

Lucky you.....good to see you two back.....I have 28/25/23 yr ols if you having the feeling...you missed something........*waving to the two of you*.....

I've been able to watch all of MrsJ's nieces and nephews grow up, so I have done my share of babysitting, feeding, changing diapers and all the other infant stuff. And I have had the pleasure(toture) of seeing her two youngest kids go threw high school and college.
I kinda got a crash course in parenting.
MrsJ has kids about the same age as yours, with the fourth one at 20.
You have my sympathy and respect for raising 3 kids and not going insane.

...bump for this myself....have just found this thread, and am always interested in any thread, bike related....I ride, as well as my wife, after one trip to daytona, and seein' all the ladies ridin' she said she had to have her own...

.....Congrats to joe and the misses, we just had our first gr-child, she's 5 weeks old now....I know ya said ya didn't raise any kids yourself....but rest assured, gr-kids are nothin' like your own.....My daughter is back home, so I enjoy my gr-daughter everyday... ....

....nothin compares to ridin'.......

Its always great to see lady rider. MrsJ wants to get her license, but she enjoys sitting back and seing the scenery so much, I really don't see her getting a bike.
Congrats on the granddaughter. Have fun spoiling her. I know we are both looking forward to being able to have fun with our grandchild. ( The parents don't want to know the sex, so it will be a surprise when IT is born).

Delmarvae Bike week

I know I promised these pics back in September, but R/L kept me from having the time and/or energy to edit and post these pics. The weather didn't really cooperate, so the pics we took were limited to the pics we got on Thursday when we arrived at the event. On Friday and Saturday, they closed the parking lot due to the grounds be saturated from the rains, so we just chilled and drove up and down the beach, so we really didn't get any really pics of the event.
Here are a few of the pics we got at the event grounds on Thurs. afternoon and Saturday evening in the parking lot of our favorite bar.

I spent all day on roofs trying to tarp all our jobs that weren't under roof. Just as I finished the last one, it stopped raining and the clouds broke. I got some quality time on the bike Saturday, but it was typical November weather here, cloudy, cool, and spitting rain off and on all day Sunday, so we didn't go out on the bike.
