It is a quite day Shiva. It seems the threads I have going are in limbo at the moment so I am more or less just biding my time Shiva. which leaves my restless mind at odds ends.

My lips brush Shiva's in a fleeting kiss. Then returns for a more sensual and seductive kiss that lingers and deepens until her she is breathless and her toes curl.

Haven’t had time to post this weekend. I’ve been preparing for my examination tomorrow towards my badges and Robyn has been studying for her engineering finals. Seems Shiva is in our oat too - working for her job.

Card games. Not conventional 4 suit cards but the type that have attack and defense values and you battle other players online. I play other games too but at the moment I'm a bit hooked on a card game.

Yea I really enjoy the tactical nature of the game. You stack your deck with particular cards to suit an over all strategy that you like. But then you have to play different tactics depending on what order you draw cards.

Good combination of chance and skill. My type of challenge.

I am not much of a strategy player. My family plays games whenever we get together. My sister hosts game nights at her house a couple of times a month. They play games with rule books that have multiple pages. I don't stand a chance against my siblings unless it is a word game, then I have a chance of at least not being too far behind. They have super brains and can think several steps ahead. I struggle to understand the rules. LOL But I enjoy the time with family, and they always play a game that makes sense to me.

LOL; your sister sounds like my kind of people. I have few board games like that. They are great if you have a group of family or friends who are into them as much as you. Can be tricky for people who haven't played them as much to get involved though when other players already know the rules.

I once went to a friends place where they were playing a game I didn't know. There was a blind guy playing and he visualized everything in his head. It was a really complex board game and he kept track in his head he just needed someone to tell him where other players had moved and what the dice said when he rolled. As I didn't know the game I took that role. his ability to keep it all right in his head really blew me away.

Yes, I can play Gin Rummy, I knew an old Greek woman who played with a group of friends. They taught me to play, At first I always lost but it didn't take long. Fun times. I also learned Swiss cards from them.

When I was a teen I would play pinochle, but my mom and grandmother had different rules. So I always had to have them write them down so I would know which rules to follow. LOL I have never played canasta or bridge. I think they have too many rules for me.
