Sadly, my cousin was diagnosed with ALS. She was my partner in crime most of my life. Mom and I went out and spent some time.

I'm very sorry about your cousin. That's devastating.

FYI though, if you go back, there's a cocktail bar there that's so good, that when I visit, I get an airbnb near it so I can end my nights there. I'll share details in a pm.

I then asked my son to pour out some crap wine that I had just sitting g in the fridge that I was never going to drink. I had opened it, tasted it, waaaaay too sweet. Ugh.

He helpfully poured out the bottle of good cab, instead.
