HA! That was a full snort moment. I also doubled the guest star on that episode. I loved X-Files, (though I confess I've only seen a few episodes), the crew was really great and after the first few seasons they had the most AMAZING caterers! Yum!

It is a natural progression, after all.

I'm having a "woe is me day", I needed a golf clap.

Its rough to get ready for a 1PM interview when you get a thanks-but-no-thanks email at 10AM from a job you thought you had a good shot at... And you are fighting a summer cold.

I'm gonna have to take some interview psych up music with me this afternoon.

I'm tired of being sick with this damned not-cold, not-flu, not-anything sickness that's just worn my ancient ass down for about three weeks now, and tired of hurting in joints that my mother had to have replaced three times (twice on one side, once on the other).

Can't I get away with just one or the other at a time? It's not like I'm asking to skip them entirely... <sigh>

Mine's just been allergy-related (and allergic asthma), but that usually doesn't happen until later in the fall, not in mid-August. (Fall starts in like...late October here.)

Hey X-Files fans...

So, my brain is totally fried and I decided to take the day off. Yay! I've been randomly surfing stuff all day. Stumbled across a clip of one of my X-Files scenes. SEE me rub David Duchovny's chest! (Not really, I was faking it) HEAR Scully's fist hit my gut! (Not really, we faked that too).

It took two full 13+ hour days to film this scene. Most of it was cut out. And there was one hilarious take when Scully's double mis-timed the jumping spin kick, stumbled over the dark-haired stunt girl, and then I reacted to her punch before she actually threw it. It was like a 3-Stooges moment - wish I had that on film.

Doxing...cool word. I did stunts under my first married name, I write under my current married name, and a whole host of other people know me by my maiden name. I suppose I'm hard to "dox", lol.

I'm on Twitter, but mostly just to promote my costumes....which is currently on hold until I'm back to work full time or they terminate me which ever is more likely.

All of my costume orders are caught up, friend's birthday gifts done, so now it's time to think about what I want to ware to fair this year, seeing as it's less than a week from starting. I think I'll start with a new corset, so I can wear my current court dress, then I'll think about a new one.
