Pav is probably my favourite dessert. When I was young I didn’t enjoy it. The smell, the texture or the taste. Then again, I didn’t really enjoy any dessert. But that all changed. Now, pav is like eating a cloud of creamy, sweet, fruity deliciousness. But you’ve got to get the balance right otherwise yeah. Very sweet
