I just found out that you can adjust the height of your KitchenAid stand mixer. I’m like wait wait wait. You mean to tell me that all these years I’ve been using a spatula to get the stuff off the bottom I could have just screwed the fucking screw to the right? Drgjsesghycv

You can?? I have the big robot arm thing. It just needs to be about 1/16th higher! I made a huge batch of Christmas cookies and kept prying up on the lift stand to get the bowl closer.. It still did fine, but it took 20 minutes to whip up the egg whites and I'm not a patient man.

Added to say: I've had my machine for a decade and didn't know that.
