I'm in total agreement, but at the same time... I would give an arm and a leg to get a better ending to that goddamn franchise. I shouldn't have to do so, but at least they're fixing up the situation. I've been having this argument in the back of my brain all day, but I wonder whether they'll get more backlash from saying they'll "clarify," the ending, tacitly admitting they just had a brain fart when writing the ending as is, or if they'd just claimed the DLC was always coming, making it seem like a cash grab, but at the same time at least showing that the plot had some potential for cleverness.

The thing is, I don't even have too much of a problem with the ending conceptually, aside from the fact it's a deus ex machina. I just wished there'd been a bit of elaboration there, a few minutes to take stock and maybe deal with the situation myself, instead of being funnelled... No, I'm not going to rant about this anymore. I'm happy they're making more Mass Effect. The end

Role Playing Games is much nerdier than Rocket Propelled Grenades, therefore, the nerd cred of that poster is in serious question. However, given the fact that RPGs were on Mythbusters, admittedly one of THE nerdiest shows on TV right now, they're more nerdy than they used to be.
