Lately I've really been missing playing console games, especially Halo online multiplayer. I used to play online on a near daily basis, and made some really awesome friends that I miss really badly. I still talk to my friend "Kay" on facebook but she's the only one that had a facebook page and actually used it.

Then of course I remember the horrendous misogynistic, homophobic, racist and sexist crap that other players would spout just for hearing a female voice, and then I feel reluctant to return.

I haven't played online in...a little over 2 years, I believe. I walked away from it entirely, sold the XBOX 360 and washed my hands of XBL completely, just because of the BS I saw.

But I still miss it, regardless of the bad. There was a lot of good too.
