I've a friend that's always wanted to try some outdoor stuff, and we have discussed it, even having an idea for a venue, but never had the opportunity to try. Oh well, maybe one day...
Would still like to get up close and personal with one of those floggers of Daisy's though, I've only seen them on her website, but they look divine

Elle, I should be in london tomorrow and Wednesday as well. If you see a tall, bearded gentleman in a shirt, tie and high-vis waistcoat carrying an overly full backpack and looking harried... it might be me.
I mailed Lally a week or so back and hot had a response back yet, not seen her on Yahoo either. Am about to try mailing her again.

Never made it to London. Pranged my car on the A14 this morning. Looked to see what traffic was merging at a junction just as the traffic in front of me started to brake. By the time I looked back it was too late. Slammed the anchors on but still ran into the back of the van in front.
So I am now without a car for a bit, probably due a bill for the excess and maybe a hire care... though I think I ticked the box for that after my last incident. I also remember ticking the box for protected no claims so that shouldn't hit me either. but I do need to double check nothing changed in the last go round.

Well, they wrote my car off. So now I have the fun of trying to find something new, without knowing exactly how much I've got to play with and without actually having the money for maybe another 20 days... fun fun fun

Glad you're ok but that is such a pain, especially when you need your car for your job. Can you explain to the insurers that you need some guidance at least on how much you'll get because of the effect it will have on your employment?(I'm hopeless at buying cars and hubby knows less than me. Consequently, the car we bought for son before Christmas has so far cost us £1000 in repairs, particularly as it managed to fail its MOT on sixteen separate points, four of which were classed as dangerous.)

Malich, good look with the car search, I hate replacing cars at the best of times, but under pressure to get it sorted too; not much fun.
Been dragged in to do on site support at the moment, so I've hardly had chance to get on this week. I always seem to be the one who get dumped with the project that's going off the rails... Hoping to make more time next week though.

I should get full original purchase price back. however, the value stated on the insurance form is different to what's on the invoice (by about $1000). So I am a bit in limbo until they tell me which sum they are paying.
I hope the insured value... but I expect the sale price.

Still recovering from a fab night out in Sheffield on Saturday - I can still party but the recuperation period is longer these days.....

Glad you had a good time. I'm still not sure what I am doing this week because my clients are useless. But, it's not lunchtime yet so there's plenty of time for me to get a sudden "can you go to..." e-mail.
Roll on next week where I can choose to do fuck all for 2 weeks if that is what pleases me!
