The NEW UK Kink Thread

I woke up at 5am as usual.... then rolled over and went back to sleep safe in knowledge I didn't have to be up for anything today. It was very pleasant.

Ah, it's your fault its raining here is it Lally. Not that it bothers me too much. Went to the shops this morning but I can spend the rest of today indoors if I so choose.

Always best to go the scenic route, that's what I used to do when i was heading north to Edinburgh or Glasgow. A68 or A66 across the tops, much nicer than the motorway route.

Afternoon all, I'm still around, just running permanently late at the moment.

Belated wave back to Lally, I was stuck on site again this morning and didn't get back here until gone lunchtime :( Looks like a few more weeks of it yet, too.

Malich, hope you're enjoying the peace and quiet :)

Hi Lally *waves
I agree about the recuperation, it's taken me two days recovery from the market on Sunday. Somehow I found myself wandering through Digbeth late Saturday and that really wasn't fun!
Market went well, I hope I get a spot there on a regular basis.

Mal, any news from the insurers?

Went to a play munch on friday night. M and I played really hard and I subbed out beautifully, it was a really good scene, but as I came to I noticed a row of very perturbed faces, whilst we were playing, a group of completely noobs came in, these guys had never been to a munch before, let alone one where play is taking place. The thing was, my back had seized, so I had asked M to flog my back really hard to release the muscles, which he duly did. It felt marvellous, but judging by their faces, must have looked very scary!

Weird weather here, today we have had hail, sun, thunder and lightning.

Oh and I have started to sell waxplay candles :) a departure from floggers, yet a lot of fun too!

Have the pay out from the first one, second one is dilly-dallying but should come in time. Current insurance issue is having paid upfront for the year my insurance company website says they will not insure me on the potential new car. have to ring them to sort that out. Though, that being said its now been a week since I asked dealer to get a car up for me to drive and they STILL haven't sorted it. Hire car is costing me money and they're messing me about. might try to guilt them tomorrow into getting it prepared super fast.

Morning all :)

Sunny day here, which is good for me as I will be out on the road most of today.

Why won't the insurers cover your new car, Mal?? Hope all the parties involved stop messing you about - why does no-one ever stick to what they originally agree? You must be so frustrated with it all.

Glad the market went well Daisy - I've put in a recommendation on the other thread where Elle posted her question ;)

Hope work has calmed down SV, and that you can get some time off to play outside in the sunshine with the little one :)

Hope everyone else is doing ok xx

No idea, they're on my list of people to call today to ask why they're messing me about. The dealership is the other call.

Enjoy the drive, hope there's some nice views!

Afternoon folks!! Hope all is well with the world :)

Still on site in the mornings at the moment and looks like it'll be for a few more weeks yet, but the mayhem has calmed down a little. But then that could be because there's nothing else left to go wrong...

Mal, almost got caught with that one myself in the past, insurers saying that they don't insure you for the year, they insure the car, and if it gets written off, the insurance dies with it and you have to pay out from scratch on the new car. Thought they'd stopped doing that little scam.

Lally, hope the best of the weather has followed you around on your travels. I'm in work next week, then off for a week with the little fella (he gets 2 weeks this time, only had 1 at easter). Planning to get out lots and get filthy/sandy/wet/full of ice cream (delete as applicable) :D

Daisy, nice to hear the market was a success, would love to come and see your floggers 'cos the ones on the website look stunning, but unlikely that I'll get the opportunity. Never say never though, eh? And now candles too :) Oh please, please, PLEASE!!!!

Ok, new car sorted, collect it on Wednesday. Not quite what I wanted but close enough not to matter really.

Hope everyone's Friday is going well!

Thank you for the flogger love :)

The back stuff... and this only works if it's muscular, do not try in event of a slipped disc! When you flog with a very heavy, thuddy flogger, it's like having a deep tissue massage. The wallop goes right through all the muscle layers and helps to break down the tension.
Never flog over the kidneys, keep it over the ribcage, especially over the shoulder blades where so much tension lays.
Avoid getting closer to the ears, the change in air pressure can damage ear drums.
I even do this to my Master because it feels damn good!

It's a sunny sunday and I'm off for some swimming and hot tub in the sun :)

Have fun xx

Morning all - hope everyone had a good Bank Holiday weekend :)

Off to Sheffield soon to drop daughter off with the in-laws and then I'm carrying on to Worksop to a meeting/lunch *waves at Mal :D

Please let the gods of traffic smile down on me....

*Waves from Bolsover*

Picked up the new car today... I can see speeding tickets in my future if i'm not careful. Same power as my old ford but it seams to pick up a lot faster. Managed to get to to almost 80 in 3rd gear which surprised me a bit when i checked the speedo :)

Hope everyone else is doing ok?

So was that you tearing past me at 120 mph yesterday?? :D

I had the same problem when I got the car I have now - it was a LOT faster on take off than my previous one so I have to be very gentle with the accelerator.

I was very late home yesterday but I'd had a good time. The drive back was horrendous though - I'm seeing so many near misses and actual accidents these days. I'm sure it's not just that I'm noticing it more - drivers seem to be very rushed all the time and, I hate to say it, a lot more selfish. The number of times I see cars rushing along the outside of a queue, then slamming their brakes on and trying to cut in....someone did it yesterday, the queue wouldn't let them in, so the cars behind who wanted to go straight on were furious  And of course there was the guy who decided to overtake 6 of us on a blind bend on the Woodhead pass, didn't make it so I had to slam my brakes on, in the rain, to let the dickhead in  I'm afraid I swore, much to the amusement of daughter

Yep, lots of idiots on the road these days who feel 3 seconds of there time is justification enough to barge into traffic. Got cut up by a guy on Monday who was in the outside lane of the M1, realised he was about to miss his junction and cut across all three lanes and into the path of a truck on the slip road rather than driving to the next junction and coming back.

This is why I am surprised I've had as few incidents caused by other people as I have.

Glad it amused your daughter though :)

The funny thing was, we'd had a conversation earlier about a song she wanted to listen to:

Her: Mum, this has got a swearie in it
Me: Ok...
Her: I'll cough over it if you like
Me: No, it's ok, I think I can cope
Her: No, I'd better cough over it. Because you're, like, ten years old, Mum...

So when ten year old Mum used the same word later on, she thought that was hilarious :D

My daughter has noticed that some songs have swear words in them and is pretty surprised by it.
She then reeled off a list of all the words she knew, fairly comprehensive all in all, and a few non swear words that she finds offensive. For a very long time I told her that antimacassar was the worst of the worst (naughty mum) I also told her that the sheep with the red dye on their backs were the vicious ones....

Half term, so not getting a heck of a lot done.

Watch the speeding Mal, I have points now (Subaru H6) it's just sooo good to put my toe down!!

My cat gave me heart failure at the weekend by disappearing for a couple of days. I slept on the sofa with the window open in case he came home. Thankfully he did.
I now have a crook back and extra grey hair!

Morning all.

I'm sorry for you all that it's raining but it's cheered me up immensely - when I came home from work the other night, past the sports club, their car park was full of lorries carrying a funfair

They've never done this before and I'm surprised they have the room, but the past couple of days have been spent putting this fair up ready for tonight and tomorrow.

We have problems constantly with street parking whenever the club have an event, because their car park isn't big, and people are ignorant. There have been many times when I simply haven't been able to get my car off the drive thanks to someone blocking it.

So the thought of the noise, the parking, and the inevitable drunken numpties for the next two nights wasn't filling me with joy. I'm really hoping the rain puts them all off...

Morning all

Yeah, the rain here is fairly heavy and fairly constant. Hope it works out for you Lally.

Locked Johann in the kitchen last night to try to get some sleep, so had a VERY grumpy cat this morning when I woke up.
