I just got back from the oestopath I spent an hour in traction, apparently a disc slipped backwards. All taped up and at home in bed now sore all over

yesterday i had missed the wolf but somehow not the blanket hug it had traveled back with me to my real world helping me feel safe and secure. Perhaps it had freed my muse for I wrote most of the evening for the first time in ages. T'was rusty and a first draft only, but I wrote!
