I have just waded through pages of this rubbish, mainly out of curiosity. This thread is a joke, right?

I think this guy could be in the UK as this does have strong elements of the type of drivel that is associated with a lot of our immature students. I'm not saying that there are not immature students elsewhere but there are elements to his/her phaseology that betray either an English origin (not Scots or Welsh), or time spent in the English state school system.

MESSAGE from LITEROTICA’S #1 AUTHOR

I would just like to advise all the scourian readers out there that I, james r scouries, believe that the current contract dispute, which has now dragged on for almost nine months, may soon be settled.

Contract negotiations are never easy (especially in these difficult economic times), but I came to the conclusion that readers all over the world were being hurt by my absence from the LITEROTICA “New Submissions” list. And therefore last week I told my agent and lawyer that I had decided to take the lead position on the ScouriesWorld negotiation team.

I also immediately contacted the PALACE and requested a meeting. My request was welcomed by the Royal Family and last week, for the first time in over five months, face-to-face negotiations occurred. Negotiations that included the First Prince of Erotic Publishing.

In the spirit of goodwill that characterizes all ScouriesWorld dealings I decided to take the first step towards reconciliation and made a proposal that I believed was a very good first step in closing the gap that existed between our two sides.

Within two days the PALACE replied with a counter proposal that I believe will be the basis of a new, three year contract that will be both beneficial and profitable to both sides. Yes THREE YEARS!!!! Why put the LITEROTICA readers at the mercy of certain factions inside the PALACE that try to derail the negotiations every single year. I have proposed a 3 year contract that, while demanding a lower up-front fee, does contain more performance bonuses that will allow ScouriesWorld to reap very acceptable ROYALTIES as long as view, vote, favorited and comment figures continue at their typical high pace.

A win-win situation for both sides!

If and when we are able to iron out the few hopefully small and relatively inconsequential details that remain then I, james r scouries, LITEROTICA’S #1 Author, will again be producing best sellers for the wonderful reading public that visits this site.

I guess that this crap has just caught my interest because of the wildly outlandish claims. I am sure there are others out there who are capable of making the same sort of souce enquiries as I am and will also find that this guy has does not exist for IRS business returns and is not registered as a business or self employed in the UK. My guess is if he is conning people out of money then he is just pocketing it and paying no taxes! Or his business, staff and retinue are just in his imagination.

An advanced credit search using the various 'Scouries' personal names and business titles - if royalties are being paid out or received via any of these then there will be trace for payment banked and revenue due, all money is traceable unless professionally and expensively hidden. The money laundering regulations in Europe make this very easy. OK I agree it is tenuous that he/she uses their real name but the businesses that he lays claim to really do not seem to exist in the financial sector.
