On this, which I did not address except in my head- yes I'm pretty sure [from Botched and other permissive programs on tv] that such surgery is far less invasive NOW than the reverse. Though lifting always comes with added risks due to the placement of ligament attachment etc.

I believe you- I kinda 'specialised' in Second Base tactics with newer partners long before I'd go for the main event.

That is pretty wild! I never realized how much my nipples loved to be touched sucked etc until I was a teenager with my first serious boyfriend in high school. It happened all by accident too. hi. i was wondering if you discussed your breast reduction with your husband. it is a personal decision but it sounds like you both enjoy having them played with. you wrote they kept growing so i hope you are not having severe back problems. i knew a woman who had hers reduced and she was much happier after the surgery. this was over 20 years ago so i'm sure there have been improvements in this procedure.

Yes I have spoken to my husband about it. Told him I decided I wanted a reduction because my back has been badly affected and the bra straps cut into my shoulders.

When you are ready to get the reduction, do your homework, only go to a surgeon you can get recommendations from with great outcomes.

My girlfriend yrs before we met had a reduction for similar reasons as you, she didn't get them lifted as the doc told her it was unnecessary at her size. 8 yrs later they were flattening and saggy, what he said wouldn't happen, she was so unhappy.

That surgeon can't be found, she goes to a different one after getting recommendations. He takes one look and tells her the first guy took out too much tissue including muscle, left her with no option but to have reconstruction which she went through and is mostly satisfied. They look wonderful, but now she has 1/3 the nipple sensitivity which took almost a yr to get to that back.

Do what you need to, but don't rush into it.

Thank you for this advice! I've been taking my time looking for the right surgeon who takes my insurance. I cannot pay out of pocket.
 
I've always been turned on by flat women , and the flatter the better. Luckily I got a wife who has always been exceptionally flatchested , aside from two little nipples she has no tits at all. While my bride wasn't flat per se she was a 32aa which was about 75% areola & nipple, she has always had an aversion to me taking nude pictures of her alas, lucky man to have your wife finally allow it a bit more. You can tell her nothing to be but proud perfect in every way.
