The mind body interface is pretty fascinating. Actually, I think THAT metaphor may also be misleading. Sometimes I think they are simply the same thing

What hurts the mind often hurts the body...

But I don't think its always a two-sided coin, as what hurts the body doesn't necessarily hurt the mind. Sometimes, sure. But I think the former is more true because the body is so dependent on the mind, whereas the mind isn't always so dependent on the body.

There are always cases that would suggest otherwise, though. And I don't pretend to be an expert on anything, much less body and mind.

I slip from my sheets, and head straight into the shower, not washing my hair today, but the humidity from the water tightens the curls nicely, almost in a daze I head to my large closet and pick out this dress, loving the pink today. It always makes me giggle.. I so rarely wear super revealing clothing instead preferring to look the part of the madam, classy, a little slutty, and always in control.

I skip down the stairs in heels and smile brightly at those in the room.

I kiss Leo, ruffle Wolfie's fur, and slide my arms around my girl, breathing her in and smiling.

I flag down one of the waitresses and let them know to bring me some food.

I lean back to enjoying the effect I am having on this lovely man. Taking the grape slowly from his fork my eyes close as I enjoy is sweetness, mmm I adore fresh fruit in season.

Opening my eyes I look into the blue of his and slip my forefinger into my bowl scooping up the honey pooling in the bottom, I bring it to my lips and slowly use my tongue and lips to clean it lovingly of every single drop my sultry eyes never leaving his.
