They don't get in touch. It just appears on the new story index after a few days (unless they decided it was too extreme) and you can look there and pick up a link for it. The status of the story should be in your submissions page, it will either say 'pending' or 'approved.' It can take up to a week depending on how many new submissions they have to get through.

Mine is a little extreme I suppose but I do have a Happyish ending planned, although there are another 3 or 4 chapters of pain and humiliation to go! Suppose there is always Kristens Archive to try if they knock me back here.

Don't worry, your story won't get turned away. Was just explaining how the process works. Of course... I don't know exactly how depraved it'll get. The guidelines here are fairly relaxed and sane though, I doubt you're about to shock them. A lot of the stuff in the non-consent section is really quite extreme but nevertheless, it's there for self regulating adults to peruse if they choose to.

Sounds like a nasty one pal! I've been pretty lucky over the winter regarding illness(apart from that stomach bug).Maybe because I work outside and am not exposed to air conditioning and central heating?

Gotta fright there checked how my submission was getting on and it said it had been refused but it was just a screw up on my part and i had to submit it again. All this submitting is goin against the grain! grrrrrrrrrr
